Currently a GP locum in Dorset, with a background in medical education (Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges Professional Development Committee) and medical appraisal and revalidation (leading on the development of the Medical Appraisal Guide 2022 ), Susi is the clinical lead for the RCGP PCD programme, which aims to support better patient care across general practice through empowering individuals and organisations to make quality improvements in a sustainable way.
