Dr Sophie Lumley
GP
Sophie is a salaried GP in Telford and a Training Programme Director for GP trainees across Shropshire. She has a keen interest in leadership having worked at NHS England for a year as part of a National Medical Directors Clinical Fellowship and been National RCGP AiT Co-Chair in her final year of training. More recently she has been leading on a project with the college to produce a podcast series showcasing GPs with extra interests or roles; interviewing them about their role, career journey, and tips for those hoping to develop similar interests.
