Dr Thomas Patel-Campbell

Thomas completed his GP training in 2016, moving to York where he works as a GP partner. In addition to his clinical work, he is the Director of Clinical Operations for his partnership.

His clinical interests include respiratory medicine and contraceptive/sexual health. His other interests include the development of primary care at-scale, multi-disciplinary teams, and digital transformation including the use of artificial intelligence in clinical and non-clinical workstreams.

He was elected as an RCGP Member Trustee in 2023, and in 2024 was elected Vice Chair Finance & Member Value. He previously held faculty roles as the Honorary Treasurer and then Chair of the Humber and the Ridings faculty, and remains on the faculty board. He was awarded RCGP fellowship in 2024.
