Professor Dominic Patterson

Dom Patterson is a GP partner in Doncaster with a special interest in education and health inequalities, who currently chairs the RCGP’s Health Equity Special Interest Group. He established England’s post-CCT trailblazer and Health Equity Focused GP Training schemes. He founded and is volunteer CEO for Fairhealth, a charity focused on the reduction of health inequalities through health professionals’ education and has authored many learning resources for the RCGP. He is currently leading the development of the Fairer Practice toolkit for the RCGP, which will provide a framework for practices to deliver health equity focused actions for their patients and community.
